{"id":5487,"date":"2012-01-10T12:47:26","date_gmt":"2012-01-10T20:47:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cindyprocter-king.com\/blog\/?p=5487"},"modified":"2012-01-10T12:47:26","modified_gmt":"2012-01-10T20:47:26","slug":"audio-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cindyprocter-king.com\/blog\/audio-news\/","title":{"rendered":"Audio News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am thrilled to announce that I&#8217;ve sold the audio rights to <a href=\"http:\/\/cindyprocter-king.com\/Books\/where_she_belongs.html\" target=\"_blank\">WHERE SHE BELONGS<\/a> to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.audiolark.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">AudioLark<\/a>, which published the audiobooks of <a href=\"http:\/\/cindyprocter-king.com\/HTML%20Pages%20Books\/head_over_heels.html\" target=\"_blank\">HEAD OVER HEELS<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/cindyprocter-king.com\/HTML%20Pages%20Books\/borrowing_alex.html\" target=\"_blank\">BORROWING ALEX<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rechambliss.com\/REChambliss.com\/R.E._Chambliss_-_Home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Renee Chambliss<\/a>, who narrated <strong>BORROWING ALEX<\/strong>, is also the narrator for <strong>WHERE SHE BELONGS<\/strong>. The audiobook should be available from AudioLark and third party sites like Audible, iTunes and Overdrive in mid-March. That&#8217;s the tentative release date. I&#8217;ll let you know if things change.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the <strong>BORROWING ALEX<\/strong> audiobook has hitherto only been available from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.audiolark.com\/books\/borrowing-alex\/\" target=\"_blank\">AudioLark website<\/a>, but now is\u00a0in the queue to upload to Audible, iTunes and Overdrive.<\/p>\n<p>I am very excited about getting both <strong>BORROWING ALEX<\/strong> and <strong>WHERE SHE BELONGS<\/strong>\u00a0onto Audible. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.audible.com\/pd\/ref=sr_1_1?asin=B005EMINGM&amp;qid=1326228249&amp;sr=1-1\" target=\"_blank\">HEAD OVER HEELS has done very well there<\/a> for sales, and hopefully my other two books will measure up.<\/p>\n<p>Meantime, I&#8217;m finishing up the second of five short\u00a0stories in an romantic comedy series I intend to self-publish. I&#8217;ll take a break between stories 2 and 3 to write a short for Penny. At least, that&#8217;s the plan for now.
