One of my favorite running socks has been missing for months. The remaining sock has been hanging on the lost sock rung\u00a0in our\u00a0laundry, getting more and more lonely. I nearly threw it out last week.<\/p>\n
But you know what happens if you throw out a missing sock, don’t you? The mate\u00a0is sure to turn up very shortly. So I left the lonely sock\u00a0hanging there.<\/p>\n
Guess\u00a0what? This morning my husband put\u00a0on a pair of pants he doesn’t wear often, and the missing sock was in his pocket!<\/p>\n
I always knew I was in the man’s pocket, but for reals? The only thing I can figure is that pants and sock\u00a0were in the same load of laundry and somehow in the washing and drying process the sock got\u00a0shoved into his\u00a0pocket.<\/p>\n
