Life’s A Beach

More pictures, as promised:

Tourists on horseback. “She Who Gave Me Life” calls this beach “Horse Poop Beach.”

The mission in the town square.

“A Day at the Beach.” Not the beach in front of the hotels. We drove and got away from it all.

Not a bad way to spend a Sunday, eh?

Okay, back to the grindstone.

  1. Love the pics! Great shot of the water… LOL re horse poop beach. Our road often is strewn with the stuff (lots of horses and riders in our neighbourhood)

  2. Thanks, Edie and Teresa. My mom says the horse poop disintegrates into the sand. Horse Poop Beach is at the very end of a long beach that has several big hotels fronting it. The horses don’t traipse in front of the hotels, so no fear of horse poop there. Actually, even Horse Poop Beach was pretty darn clean, so the locals do a good job with the horses.
